
RCC STORE Conference Opener
Client: Retail Council of Canada (RCC)
The Retail Council of Canada represents over 54,000 storefronts, from department stores and grocery chains to specialty shops, online merchants, and quick-service restaurants. Their mission is to support the retail industry through advocacy, communication, and education.
RRC has an annual conference called STORE, Canada’s biggest retail conference. The conference offers impactful networking opportunities and examines critical developments from AI-powered retail, to sustainability, to global strategies.
To kick off the conference, this opening video sets the stage, energizing the audience and building excitement for STORE. Bold, bright, and dynamic, it highlights the most exciting retail developments from the past year and is showcased on a massive screen.
My role in this project was to craft an exciting and engaging video from start to finish. I spearheaded the creative process with the guidance of a script writer and project leader, from pre-planning and storyboarding to final production. This included selecting the perfect music track to build hype and designing dynamic text animations tailored for the big screen.
